Tier 1: Live Content Writing Assessment

To test the writer’s creativity and assess their writing skills. The experts are given live writing exercises, where they are asked to write about their personal experience with us. The content produced through life assessments helps our editorial team to identify an expert’s knack for creativity and originality.

Tier 3: Re-editing Drafted Content

The Tier 3 evaluation process is the most crucial evaluating parameter for an expert. A subject matter expert should be able to identify common challenges and mistakes made by students and should possess the skills to rectify them. Hence, it is imperative to not only assess their drafting skills but also their editing and proofreading skills.

Once an expert has qualified through three rounds of the hydro process, their verification KYC documentation, the previous work sample collection, work experience certificates are documented, and the writer onboarding terms and conditions relevant to their domain are discussed.

Kindly note that the writer onboarding terms and conditions are applicable to individual experts and shall not be shared with any third party. Any misuse of Value Assignment Help’s documentation, such as using documents for availing a loan, identity and credential misuse, and intellectual property theft, shall not be tolerated by the company and shall be punishable as per the applicable legislation.

General Onboarding Terms and Conditions

• The expert must produce 100 per cent original, plagiarism-free, and AI-free content in all their submissions. In case the expert fails to follow these instructions, a formal warning shall be issued. After two consecutive warnings, the expert shall be terminated without any prior notice.
• At the time of onboarding, the experts must clearly mention their area of expertise. The subject matter expert must be backed by their experience and a strong portfolio of samples in the same domain. The area of expertise, once finalised, cannot be changed.
• The expert must have access to a Turnitin account or a Grammarly Pro account. The company shall not provide access to any of these tools and shall be arranged independently by the expert.
• No advance payment shall be made. Expert remuneration shall only be granted after receiving positive feedback from the client. Payment shall be made on a monthly basis and released between the 10th and 20th of each month.
• In case the assessment sample shared by the expert does not meet assessment criteria and is rejected by either the editorial team or the client, no remuneration for such assessments shall be awarded. In case the assessment deadline is not met, the payment for the same shall not be given.
• No assessment withdrawal is permitted post-expert’s acknowledgement.
• The expert must provide reasonable Revisions to make sure that their work adheres to the client’s requirements
• All the work submitted by the expert remains the intellectual property of Value Assignment Help, and the expert does not hold any right to share, reproduce, fabricate, or use the content for any other purpose whatsoever.
• The expert must maintain client privacy at all costs. Failure to do so will result in stringent legal repercussions.
