In case the order is cancelled 15 days before the specific deadline and has not been allocated to the expert, the payment will be adjusted for any future orders.
2. Duplicate or Unintentional Payment
In case the payment is made without booking any order or is made twice for the same order, a full refund is awarded.

A client is NOT subject to a refund under the following conditions

Since directly presenting someone else's work as your own accounts for academic misconduct, no refund requests under such behaviour shall be considered
- Late cancellation: In case the work on a confirmed project has already been initiated by our experts (even before 15 days from the deadline) and more than 10-30%already drafted, then we will neither entertain any refund request in future nor will swap or adjust the payment for any other assignment, As the resources had already been committed to your work, the task had already been allocated to experts, and we must fairly compensate them for their hard work and time.
- Personal expectations not met: In case the final submission from our end meets the academic instructions, but doesn’t meet the client’s personal expectations, no refund shall be awarded. Our experts are instructed to guide you with your assessments by providing you with real-time assistance with practical examples, assisting with rubrics and understanding the task instructions, and not meeting the personal expectations of the clients, such as a specific grade guarantee. Our experts are only responsible for tutoring on the assessment instructions and don’t guarantee a specific grade range under any circumstances.
