For Clients

We have a zero-tolerance policy for academic dishonesty. While our three-tier quality control process ensures no plagiarism, in case the submitted project contains plagiarism despite sharing the clear quality guidelines during project confirmation, the client can seek a refund as per the refund policy. Refer to our refund policy for more details.

In case the client submits our expert’s work as their own, no refund or revision requests shall be entertained. Any charges of academic dishonesty in such a case shall also be solely handled by the client. Value Assignment Help is not responsible for any claims of academic dishonesty in such cases.

For Experts

Our experts are expected to use modern AI tools to fast-track their research, generate research ideas, and brainstorm about the topic. These tools, however, shall only be used as an assistant to the expert, and not as a replacement for human thought and insight.

All the work submitted by the expert shall be based on their own opinions, beliefs, and experiences, and must bring unique expert insights into their submissions. All the data points and verifiable information shall be duly cited to avoid any plagiarism claims. No fully or partially AI-generated assignment shall be considered by our quality control team for review. Any assignment submitted with plagiarism, AI content, or AI-generated humanised content shall be automatically rejected, and one formal warning shall be issued. In case the expert is still found committing plagiarism, the expert will be immediately terminated, and their profile shall be blacklisted. In such cases, the project payment shall also not be awarded, and claw-back from the gross monthly payment can also be considered, as per the company’s policy.
